I have been in the Health & Fitness industry since 2002 working solely as a personal trainer. I started off as a freelance personal trainer in the major gym chains in Sheffield before opening my own private gym in my hometown of Barnsley at the end of 2006. The first question I always get asked is what kind of people I train? It ranges from housewives to busy executives that need help for a whole range of reasons. If I could answer that question more specifically the category I work mostly with are busy people that want to be healthier and to look their best.
