Blueberry Protein Parfait

INGREDIENTS: 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 6 oz. yogurt, ½ cup blueberries. DIRECTIONS: Mix protein powder and yogurt together in a glass. Add blueberries into the mix. Enjoy.
