Metabolic Finisher

A metabolic finisher is an intense way to burn more calories and fat at the end of a workout.

Here’s a metabolic finisher I did earlier.

Renegade Rows (using dumbbells)
8 each side

Sandbag Cleans (to shoulder)
8 each side

3 Rounds with little to no rest in between each exercise.
