Some people think if they mix weight training with yoga, swimming, jogging, Pilates and zumba fitness they will achieve better results.

But truth is that they do it out of not knowing what to do. The same goes with crazy fad diets. You need to stick with what works.

Do what works and what professional athletes do. They always follow proven principles and never buy into new fitness trends or fad diets. That’s why they look like athletes. Half of the game is being focused on what works and not being lured into fads.
