Below are some of the foods I’ve eaten over the past week. I have a low body fat percentage year-round without worrying about portion sizes and calories.

The principles of a successful diet are to get plenty of variety from the main food groups in the best available quality to suit your budget. The fewer processed foods in the diet the more chance you won’t need to change these principles to look your best.
