Limit your workouts
The tendency for some people who really want to get in shape and get a lot from their workouts is to spend a lot of time at the gym. The truth is that after about the 45-minute mark after you’ve warmed up, the benefit isn’t as great. To go longer you’d have to lower the intensity of the workout, and that means compromising results and spending longer at the gym.
It’s better to work out at a higher intensity for a shorter amount of time.
