WANTED! Ex Members of Slimming Clubs To Take Part in a 28-Day FREE Trial

Are you a former member of Weight Watchers or Slimming World and looking for a new and better way to get results?

There is no catch and nothing to buy it’s completely free! The service is discreet and non confrontational. The previous trial resulted in an average weight loss of 14 pounds in 28 days without me meeting anyone face to face! All support is via email. It has been an amazing outcome and now I am keen to offer one last free trial before the website goes live to give me a chance to tweak the service.

I’m looking for volunteers in return for feedback and commitment for the duration of the 28 days.

I would like to find people who need to lose weight, yoyo dieters and individuals that have tried mainstream diets to lose weight in the past but failed.

If you are interested please get in touch as soon as possible and I will send you an application form.

Challenging Workout You Can Do At Home For Your Abs

I have found a way of training the abs as hard as possible in only 3 minutes. For best results try different abdominal exercises to see which ones work best for you.

How it works

Choose 2 exercises.

Perform the first exercise for 30 seconds.

After 30 seconds swap over to the second exercise (no rest).

Perform the second exercise for 30 seconds.

After thirty seconds go back to the first exercise (no rest).

Perform the first exercise again for 30 seconds and repeat the sequence until you have done 3 rounds = 3 minutes.

The Shocking Dangers of MSG

say no to MSG
Taken from www.mercola.com
MSG is used in countless foods in your supermarket, local restaurants, school cafeterias, and more. Everything from soup to crackers to meats may contain it because MSG, as dangerous as it is, makes food taste good and it is dirt cheap, just like sugar.

Incredibly, even infant formulas and baby food contain this poison, even though babies and infants, who are four times more sensitive than adults to the toxic effects of this chemical, are the most at risk.

There are a couple of main reasons why MSG is one of the worst food additives on the market. First, as Dr. Blaylock, author of the highly recommended Excitotoxins: The Taste that Kills, says, MSG is an excitotoxin, which means that it overexcites your cells to the point of damage, acting as a poison. The second part of the equation is that MSG can be literally hidden in food labels, under names like broth, casein, hydrolyzed, autolyzed, and more, making it extremely difficult to identify.

MSG is also a probable cause contributing to the obesity epidemic. Continue reading

Why Do You Need to Train Hard?

You should train hard so you can achieve your goals, whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, or simply look better.

Most people who go to the gym merely show up and go through the motions. It’s great they’re at the gym, but they aren’t getting anything out of their time and efforts.

Training hard will ensure you get the desired results and that you aren’t wasting your time. People tend to follow the path of least resistance, but it won’t get them to their goals. The solution: train hard!

You must challenge your body as well as your mind. Sometimes an exercise is more mentally challenging than it is physically.

Next time you are in the gym use a challenging weight and compound exercises. Maintain focus the entire time even during warm-ups, and train hard using proper form.
